The staff were accommodating and incredibly welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. the service was attentive and the breakfast was lovely. - the location is favorable and stunning, close to the river and with outside seating areas. - the hotel is conveniently situated near restaurants and outside bars along the stream, as well as the Yellow-Lighted Bookshop which is just a short distance away.

All in all our stay was restful, nothing too much trouble. The place was fairly clean, our room was absolutely gorgeous. We ate at a nice restaurant with delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Gorgeous location and overall the staff was very kind.
Though everything was great, some of the staff were not always friendly.

The room was functional and airy. the bed was very comfy. the service was friendly. the breakfast was exceptionally good with toast and two croissants, for example. the location is marvelous, right by lovely, quaint Nailsworth. the bar area/restaurant is situated by the riverside with the waterfall. It is also located next to a river.
